After Spending Nearly 13 Years in New York City’s Trendiest Neighborhood, Tribeca, Creating and Specializing in Vietnamese Cuisine, We Lost Our Lease and Were Forced To Set Up A New Restaurant Elsewhere. With Our Parents Getting Older and Their Desire To Live in A Warmer Climate, Our Choices Were Limited To A Few Cities. We Embarked On A Month Long Quest for A Suitable Location for Our New Restaurant and Searched for Places To Set Up in California, Houston, Dallas, Florida and Atlanta. We Ultimately Decided On Dallas.
